Method:
- Mix fine flour and semolina and thickly knead it by adding lemon juice to it.
- Cover it with a wet cloth for half an hour.
- Heat the oil in the ‘karhai’.
- Give small round shape to the kneaded dough and roll them.
- Now, put the rolled pieces in the ‘karhai’ 8 to 10 at a time.
Note : While putting ‘puchka’ in the ‘karhai’, press them slightly with a spoon or something so that it swells up.
