- Make Cottage cheese slices and saute. Keep aside.
- Crush the cinnamon and mace.
- Heat the oil, add black cumin seeds, mace and cinnamon in it, put the chopped onions and saute.
- Add the grated dried whole milk to milk, cashew, other spices and stir.
- Add the sauteed cottage cheese after two minutes and put off the stove.
- Serve hot, garnished with coriander leaves and butter.
