  • Make Cottage cheese slices and saute. Keep aside.
  • Crush the cinnamon and mace.
  • Heat the oil, add black cumin seeds, mace and cinnamon in it, put the chopped onions and saute.
  • Add the grated dried whole milk to milk, cashew, other spices and stir.
  • Add the sauteed cottage cheese after two minutes and put off the stove.
  • Serve hot, garnished with coriander leaves and butter.

  • 100 gms. cottage cheese
  • 50 gms. khowa (dried whole milk), grated
  • 2 pieces tomato, ground
